Download Pickpocket 100 Skyrim Images. It's not being caught by a bystander either, it's the npc you're pickpocketing turning around and agroing on you. This does not make pickpocketing easier.

The first one where you have to kill 1 or all 3 people, you can pickpocket/ reverse pickpocket them all the way to level 100. Pay a trainer to train a skill, steal your gold back, pay again, and repeat for as long as you're able to buy new levels of training. In the vanilla state, skyrim caps the maximum chance at 95%, which will leave you getting into problems regularly even as a pickpocketing master.
